Contact Lenses

four weeks free exchange for disposable contact lenses
If you are new to disposable contact lenses and your practitioner recommends an alteration to your initial prescription within 4 weeks of purchase, we’ll deduct the purchase price of your original lenses from the price of your newly prescribed lenses.

four weeks return for conventional contact lenses
If your practitioner recommends that you discontinue use due to patient intolerance of conventional contact lenses, we will refund the cost of the lenses, up to 4 weeks from date of purchase.

Sunglasses

twelve months manufactures warranty
All purchases are guaranteed to arrive in good condition, or return them and we will replace them. Any product found to be defective within 12 months of purchase by the manufacturer will be exchanged and shipped free of charge. Refunds will not be given for change of mind.

free lifetime servicing, cleaning and adjustments
To maintain the comfort and fit of your sunglasses, we provide you with free servicing, cleaning and adjustment for as long as you own your sunglasses at any Budget Eyewear store.

Terms and Conditions

The Budget Eyewear guarantee is subject to proof of purchase by production of the Budget Eyewear receipt and is in addition to the rights provided by Australia and New Zealand consumer protection statutory warranties which include rights of repair, replacement and refund.

All products supplied by Budget Eyewear under Government order are covered by the terms and conditions of that order, the Trade Practices Act (Australia) or the Customer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand) and other laws.
