Budget Eyewear Returns Policy

If your contact lens prescription changes and you still have unopened packets of lenses, Budget Eyewear Direct may be able to exchange these for lenses matching your new prescription. The returned lenses must have been supplied by Budget Eyewear and not have lapsed past the product expiry date. Please contact us before returning any product.

CONTACT LENSES

Twelve months manufactures warranty*
Budget Eyewear Direct will replace a lens which is defective or torn on opening due to the fault of the manufacture within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Please ensure that the faulty lens is kept in solution, DO NOT DISPOSE THE LENS. The contact lens must be returned to Budget Eyewear Direct within 12 months from the date of purchase in order for a replacement lens to be received. Just send your product together with your proof of purchase to Reply Paid 1908, Macquarie Centre, North Ryde NSW 2113.

You will be responsible for any expenses in returning your product to us. We will be responsible for any other expenses. Unfortunately, we don't offer spare parts or repair services.

The benefits given to you under our express warranty are addition to other rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law and other laws. That is, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
